MEDICAL WASTE INCINERATORS for furnishing, installing, adjusting, and testing automatically controlled air medical waste incinerators having a capacity to burn 75 Kg/hour waste materials of biological and pathological nature.

The process of incineration provides the advantage of volume reduction as well as the ability to dispose of recognizable waste and sharps. On site incinerators provide a quick and easy way of disposing medical waste. This is the most widely accepted and feasible method of managing highly infectious waste.
The incinerator will be of the controlled air type, designed for (6-8) hour-day operations and rated at 75 kg per hour. The incinerator plant will include the following:

Burners temperature controlled (TIC – Thermocouple) and work on ON –
OFF basis. The frequency on ON – OFF will depend upon the nature of

opening and method of operation of the incinerator. We have mentioned
approx. expected fuel consumption figures.

The Incineration System comprises of :

B. Bucket elevator + DFDV mechanism for autoloading and Deashing
mechanism
II i. 1 No. fully automatic Fuel Oil burner for primary chamber.

III. Centrifugal forced draft fan assembly complete with motor drive, duct and

Specifications for Double Chamber Incinerator

INCINERATOR DESCRIPTION
The Model is for up to 300kgs capacity per batch load and will burn at around 55kgs per hour.
The unit has top loading design and has a heavy duty refractory cement lining for maximum heat retention. Unit have large top lid for easy loading, and specially designed front ash door, for ash removal.
This unit operates at over 1100°C in the primary chamber to ensure complete combustion. This model also benefits
from a heavy duty secondary chamber and burner which ensures a complete re-burn of any smoke and emissions and a 0.5 second gas retention time.
