Incinerator Machine incinerator, ideal for the disposal of sheep, poultry and pet animal carcasses.
This incinerator should be designed for the incineration of:
・ Poultry carcasses
・ Larger sized pet animal carcasses
・ Farm shop and abattoir waste
・ Dead fish
Incinerator should be compact, fuel efficient and easy to run, designed to achieve its optimum incineration temperature quickly.
Fuel use options:
LPG or natural gas or diesel oil.

8.1 Factory Specifications
top-loading incinerator with a lift-opening lid, providing clear access for ease of manual or mechanical loading. All controls should be placed away from the loading area to avoid damage by loading machinery. Burn program should be available and the incinerator should be left unattended until the carcass reduces to ash.
It should be highly efficient, utilizing automatic high heat-rate burners, low thermal mass linings and timer controls that ensure minimal running costs; a thermostat triggers burner shut-off when optimum temperatures are reached, increasing fuel efficiency significantly.
Burn rate should be up to 50-100kg per hour , 220-240-volt electricity & fuel supply. A comprehensive operating, care & maintenance manual should be provided with each incinerator.
